Blueberry Sweet Muffins

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups Fresh blueberries, divided
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
👨🍳 Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Stir together milk, oil, and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.
- Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Sprinkle batter evenly with 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins are golden. Remove from pans immediately, and cool on wire racks.
- This recipe yields 6 muffins.
